I had booked Micromax-X222 of Black in colour, as was shown in your adv. while received the product in Pink Colour, which, I didn't require.

What is next to do now ? to get it replaced by Black colour.

What are the formalities about to do that ?

Whether I have to bear the Burdon of its transportation ? if replaced by you with blak in colour ?

There is no Memory card found ?

SIM card holder is also not supporting. it is loose and not holding the card properly.
