Submit Complaint..I am Minal Shetty. I purchased compaq presario CQ60-104TU Laptop on 29th december
2008. There was an offer of kodak 9.2 megapixel camera on above said model of
laptop. I sent the required documents of purchase along with a demand draft of
Rs.1200/-. 7months have passed but i didnot receive the kodak camera. Now adays the
company is not responding for enquiry through email. Please help in getting my
camera. My redemption code is RWHB9XNL5P and SID is 568462 and Serial number of
product is 2CE8359DQ3
PLEASE HELP IN GETTING MY CAMERA

Dissatisfied with Kodak Camera Purchased a kodak camera from E-Zone located at Indiranagar on 9th May 2009. Found that the camera gave very poor quality pictures. On lodging a complaint over the phone, it was agreed that the camera could be exchanged for another item. However upon visiting the E-zone shop, the manager refused to exchange the camera.
