Canon DSLR Battery Problem Hi,
I bought the canon DSLR EOS550D in the month of March 2010 and its not even been 9 Months and the battery of the same has stopped working.
when contacted the service centre they just replied the Battery and accesories are not under warranty, you have not used the battery as per the guideline and you need to buy a new one.
How can a battery not even work for 9 months and i use the camera for personal usage so its not even heavy usage.
How can i get the company to pay for the battery.
