    Default Shopkeeper not given warranty card with NIKON camera

    Sir,

    I purchased Nikon camera from a shopkeeper from Nainital (Uttrakhand). The model is COOLPIX S550 and serial number is 32374706. The shopkeeper is Dayal Radio, Mallital, Nanital (Uttrakhand). I paid 14000/- from my credit card for this camera but actual cost of that camera is around 10000/- and with camera he not given me 2 GB memory card and warranty card also. The bill which he given me is from other firm. Now he refusing to give extra 2 GB memory card and warranty card also. Please give me solution.

    give the bill details of which firm is it? has he added VAT? is there a MRP on the box?
