Dear Sir,

I had placed a order for MC-10 Camcorder from 'TVC SKY SHOP' on 09th Sept 2010.
I did received my order with in a week i.e. on 16th Sept 2010, However the product i received was not in working condition and I launched a complaint against it and i was promised for replacement of the product within a week,

It's more than 3weeks now, i still haven't got the replacement, have called them N no of times for the status, however every time i call them i get this unconvincing reply of 'Sir your complaint is in process and will be sending you your product within 3 days'. Have received a same answer for more than 7-8 times, i feel like i have been cheated.

Please help me on this so that the same situation will not happen to other customers.
