I had paid Excell Enterprises, Sewri amount of Rs. 13,000.00 for installation of 4Channel dome camera in June 2010The purchase was done on verbal assurance by Mr Pramod Singh of providing camera connection with online accessibility @ total price of 20K. As per the requirement, I procured Hathway internet connection immediately. However their system never worked with Hathway.
He assured us of Camera system working thru MTNL & forced us into another buying internet connection. He gave us timeline of 15 days in July 2010 to get MTNL connection working thru his MTNL contact.
Surprisingly, MTNL never turned up till November. Meanwhile I had been asking Pramod Singh to disconnect the system & refund us 13,000. From July to October, he kept on pushing giving some or other excuse. In Oct end, he again assured me that he would remove installed wiring, camera etc and refund me 13,000 after Diwali.
On 13 Nov, Mr Pramod Singh said he would not refund 13000/- as system is lying since 6 months. The router that is installed at our residence is used one. Mr Pramod Singh has duped us of 13000 + 1500/- (Hathway connection charges) + 1000/- (MTNL) for camera system that never worked.
There seems to be no senior person in India from Excell Enterprises besides Mr Pramod Singh. All contact numbers are answered by him.
Please guide us to our long pending amount of 15,500/-.
