Dear Sir,

I am very disappointed at the way my luggage has been handled. I have returned today-20.10.2010, via Flt No IT 22 from Bangkok to Kolkata and to my horror on reaching home, found that the lock of my checked in baggage was not there and my JVC model No GZ-MS 120AEK Video Recorder,with an 8GB + 4 GB cards missing.

Since I had put the recorder in my luggage at the counter just before checking in I am very sure that the recorder has gone missing from that point.
My data of the trip of a full week with my family is now missing along with the recorder which is highly disappointing and has made all of us extremely unhappy. This was surely not expected out of Kingfisher Airlines, an airline which I have always flown in. My husband is in one of the big corporate houses which gives immense business to your company, but now with this kind of negligence we would think again.
I make a request you to kindly treat this matter as very urgent and track and locate the recorder at the earliest.
