Product not Received
Dear Sir,

I have booked one Kodak camera C182 on 04.05.2010, and their agent Mr. Akash Agarwal ( Emp. ID 88118) told me that there is one offer for purchasing of this camera i.e. :

1. One Rebok watch

2. One Voucher for Rs. 10000/- which can be used at any retail outlet for purchasing of any item.

3. Upper-lower Trouser reebok

4. One Holiday Voucher for 3 persons.



So, according to this I confirmed to book the product and payment also made by my HDFC Credit card , the product booking ID is 440028771. and their person confirmed me to deliver the product along with offers within one week, but till today I have not received any product from them. For this so many times I have already tryed their customer care but no response from them, They are not giving me my mails replies also.



Today also when I called their customer care then Mr. Neeraj told me that it is not despatched.

I think they are cheating me.
For payment HDFc persons given me given me Auth. code i.e. 909283.

From last three months I am following up and talking up with thier customer care but they are giving same reply that it will be despatched veery soon.
