Cheating of AVA Merchandising Gurgaon..through ICICI Bank..grey prod..not delivered. AVA Merchandising/AVA Catalogue is one of the greatest cheat in India. They are running their business through ICICI or some other banks credit card. I have ordered a NIKON L16 Camera through ICICI credit card catalogue brochure on March 2009 and my order no was IC 7204. I received my Camera on May 2009 but after few months i came to know that the camera was defective and some Lense Error occured suddenly. Then I moved to the Authorised Service Centre of NIKON, but they revealed that the camera was a product of Grey Market and they cant repair it without a valid Warranty Card issued by NIKON India. They also sent me written confirmation of the same. When I contacted AVA at 1800114344, they told me that they will pick up my camera and replace or repair it through Courier Service and accordingly they did on December 2009. Till date I have not received my camera inspite of several calls to AVA. What should I do know I want justice. Is there any law and order in the country or all are bunch of corrupted idiots? I have every evidence and can go upto the end for justice or to shut down the business of AVA Merchandising.

Fraud done by ICICI bank with AVA Merchandising We received a promotion material with my credit card statement of June, 10. This promotion material was from ICICI bank for AVA Merchandising.
Based on the trust we have on ICICI bank we placed an order for combo jewelery set (item code i114) on 2nd July 2010 with ref. no. 376988 but till date we haven't received the product even after several follow ups.
When we are asking the company to cancel this order, they are not ready to cancel the order and saying the the payment will be given back after 4 months. this is nothing bus customer harassment both by ICICI and AVA.
Both ICICI Bank and AVA are croupt and need to be taken to justice, we all should have to work together to bring this to justice.

Every time when call they give excuse that they dont have product or there are some issue with courier company.
When we are asking the company to cancel this order, they are not ready to cancel the order and saying the the payment will be given back after 2 months which is also not confirmed that they will give in 2 months. this is nothing bus customer harassment both by ICICI and AVA.
Both ICICI Bank and AVA are croupt and need to be taken to justice, we all should have to work together to bring this to justice.

AVA Merchadising Fraud in Camera purchase I had ordered a camera on 1st May 2010. (ICICI Credit card had done an effective advertisement for these cheater named AVA Merchandising!). Till date, after repeated calls and e-mails, I have not received the refund. I do not know how to get them in consumer forum. I have records of e-mails from their service department. Looking at number people they have cheated, I am surprised how such a fraud can continue for so long. Is there any real action against them which can be taken. If yes, HOW?
