    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased an olympus camera from Riverside Mall, Gomti Nagar Lucknow from BIG BAZAR in the offer given on 26th Jan 2010.
    I was handed over the camera after 15 days of booking. When I used that camera in my house I found its pics r under exposed. I went to Big bazat to complain their executive for the problem, there I was misguided by them saying that the setting was not proper in the camera. I kept the camera and when I used this camera for recording of a ceremony for which I had purchased this, it did not work and all my function was without recording.
    I complained about this camera to Mr. Amit (HR Exececutive at Big bazar, riverside Mall , LKo) several times on phone but he did not respond me properly and finally he was never available to me on phone.
    Thereafter I was given phone No. of another executive Mr. Ravi Kant Anand (Electronic head) I met him personally and he could find that the Battery connectivity is not in the camera and then he asked me to get repair my camera from the repair shop.
    Big Bazar cheated me and Olympus by supplying me defected camera.
    Thereafter, Mr. Anand asked me to handover the camera, which was sent to Olympus repair workshop at Delhi on 5/5/2010 and repaired my camera and sent it to Big Bazar after more then one month ie on 7-6-2010 and informing me that the whole software has been changed in camera and now it is working.
    I am not interested in this camera because I was supplied defected camera, which was proved after repair and change of software in the camera by Olympus workshop. My camera does not come under warranty because it was having manufacturing defect and not defected by me.
    Sir, I want this camera changed with a new camera or my money should be refunded.
    I feel Big Bazar executive are helpless in solving my problem and the customers are being cheated at this BIG shop and are unable to get their problem solved by BIG BAZAR executives.
    Please help me in the matter.

    NO response from any executive of BIG BAZAR. They r not responding my Phone calls also.

    In spite of my several e-mails to you and also after forwarding my mails by you to correct authorities of BIG BAZA, Riverside maill, Gomti Nagar Lucknow, as you intimated me in all your mails, I did not get a single reply from BIG Bazar till date ie. even after 2 months of my grivance.
    Today when I went to meet the executives at BIG Bazar they humiliated me about 1 and half hr. and they again tried to hand over the repaired camera to me.
    Now finally I intimate you that I have faced too much humiliation and mental torture because of irresponsible behaviour of BIG BAZAR executives and now I have planned to go to consumer forum for which all the responsibilities will be of BIG BAZAR.

    I book 2pcs. of DEEWAN on 02/11/2010 at FURNITURE BAZAAR-KANDIVALI-RAGHULEEA
    Advance Receipt No: 2044003144

    The shopkeeper man told that i deliver on 06/11/2010
    and i have advance paid amount of rs.2000.00 and today is 15/11/2010 then also the DEEWAN is not delivery
    so pls. take some acction from it.
