    Default Complaint against Naaptol.com

    I buy a camcorder from Naaptol.com order No. was 180141
    I found this product partially defected and send it back to Maxis Technology by naaptol's teams suggestion on 18 march 2010 by madhur courier consignment No 37423035, It was delivered on 22 March 2010 to maxis technology.
    After it I called more than 25 time to naaptol customer care, but they didnt help anytime.
    The told only sorry everytime. And till date on 16 May I didnt receive back my camera by Naaptol.com
    So I am thinking that I must to cosumer forum.

    Default complaint against naaptol for not giving refund

    i had taken a product from naaptol company. i had taken a mobile ''blackcherry bl 9000 full touch screen mobile'' of rs 4199 with order number 673434. the product was found to be defective as soon as i got the mobile. i sent it back for the repair but they didnt repair it. then they told they can refund the money if i wish. so i sent it for refund in november 2010. but till now i havent got the refund. they always tell us to wait for sometime and its almost 4 months now. please help me in solving this
