Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a Canon 10Mega Pixel Digital camera from Indiatimes and that has been found as a DEFECTED one so I have returned to them but after 10 days that has been came back to me as it is (without repair/replacement), then by talking with Indiatimes people I have sent that product again on 12 Sept 2009.

Since that date I have communicated many times with STD calls ans I have CANCELLED that product. As per the customer services the Merchant has also approved that product to be CANCELLED.

I have not yet received the REFUND and whenever I tried to communicate them they always that it will 1/2 working days to resolve.

Please help me and advise how can I get the REFUND.
