Hi ,

I am sathesh kumar...i ordered (Order # 5628498) a Camera on rediff shopping which costs Rs21,315.00 while ordering they said it will be delivered with in 7 to 10 working day. After two weeks i called the vendor to check status they said it will be dispatched after week once again i called to vendor they said the camera is not available since the camera is out of stock. After that i checked with rediff customer care they asked me raise complaint and raised the complaint still they are not updating about the status. However when i am checking through track order it is showing "Awaiting dispatch" for past three weeks. I am frustrated with the customer care who replies to mail nothing but apologies i am fed up with these so i wanted to make suit in consumer forum against rediff shopping who approved the order with out checking with vendor.
