hi i am Srinivas sharma from hyderabad...i have purchased a camcorder from homshoppe 18 one year back...
the problem is that , the click button of the camcorder is not working and i am not able to take pictures....
please help me and tell me the service centre in hyderabad i am ready to get it repaired ......

home shop 18 is purely an unprofessional company as they do not honour their commitments made to their clients and never provide them a positive follow up and feedback. I had recently came across with an issue as one of my friend is facing lots of problems to get the delivery of the product for which he had placed the order and deposited the amount of money too. he had placed an order for 2 different products out of which he got the delivery of one product and that too after so many difficulties whereas the second one is still pending from last 20 days. Please do not deal with such an unprofessional and fraud company.
