I have bought a TATA Photon+ device from a retailer named King Plaza. After 7 days, my device stopped working. I went to retailer and complained him. He said, the documentation must be insufficient due to which the company disconnected the device. The retailer gave me a form to fill in. I filled in the form 7 days ago. The retailer after getting the filled form assured me that the device will start working within 48 hrs., but it has gone seven days since my device stopped working and could not get it in order till now. I have paid but not getting the service properly. I called up the PHOTON+ customer care center and got the reply that they didn't get the documents till now. I think the retailer is doing the job properly. The retailer's address from whom i got the photon device is King Plaza, 3 Reliance Traders, Maker Arcade Shopping Center, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai-400005. Kindly help me.
