    Default BSNL Broadband

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    My landline number is 0250 2526585. I have applied for a Bsnl
    broadband connection on 13th August 2009 at Virar Bsnl office under
    Kalyan Telecom Circle in Maharashtra.

    But its A MONTH now!!!!! and i m still not getting the connection.


    Kindly look into the matter as i m in dire nedd of a broadband connection ,

    Default Complain Regarding the Customer Support Officer of BSNL broadband

    Dear Sir,
    This complain is regarding the abusive behavior of customer support officer.

    I called this officer 2 days before regarding lodging the complain of BSNL broadband connection, that time he said he has lodged a complain about my connection. But nothing happened till today. I called again BSNL broadband toll free number and fortunately again same guy picked. He started with primarily examination, but despite saying several time that its not a problem with my machine, he forced me check my system for the problem. Later when problem ended up at the same point as it was 2 days before he again started assuring me that he will lodged a complain. Since I am suffering from this problem since last 2 days and because of weekend it wont be possible to get rid for another 2 days, I asked him whether he can provide me any contact where I can call. He said there is no way of solving this problem, except lodging a complain. As PPP down problem in broadband is well known and is a server issue, I asked him whether I can get a contact point where I can talk to the person who is concern to server issue. He said there is no such guys. I asked him to escalate this issue, again there is no mechanism. Fed up with his answers I asked whether I can talk to higher authority may be his manager, he said he will not allow me to talk to manager because he has no manager. Its strange that a company has an employee without manager (unless he is CEO). Finally I asked is "there anyway of solving this issue" and he said "NO". I frustratedly warned him that I shall complain in consumer forum, he said he doesnt care, go wherever you want. He also challenged my education background by saying that I dont have any knowledge of broadband and giving suggestions on useless topics.

    He asked me to lodge a complain anywhere I want he doesnot care. This is very sad that india largest telecommunication network provider have such a mediocre customer support officer. He also tried to tarnish my reputation by saying that I dont have manners of talking to a customer support officer.


    We pay 1350/- a month of this connection and what I am getting is such kind of problem and these supporting staff. Pls look into this issue.

    Dear Mr. Kumar,

    Pls. send a written complaint to the Nodal officer of the Co. for the broadband service. Wait for the response for 10 working days. Hope you will get the solution through Nodal officer. The Email address is:-

    Default Charged for the BSNL Broadband services not been provided yet

    Landline No: 079 -27492448
    Date: 20/Nov/2009 (BSNL Phone Connection Activated)
    City: Ahmedabad.

    After 30 days of delay when finally the BSNL engineer comes to provide the broadband connection but we don’t know there is still more harassment we have to face from your end for this broadband service.

    They did not want to do the basic wiring which needs to be done to provide the broadband connection then why we are paying the Installation charges.
    I have already been charged Rs 975 advance for the broadband connection which I have not got yet and adding to it I have also received the monthly bill of amount Rs 310 for the same.
    One thing I couldn’t understand how can a customer be charged for the service not been provided?
    Although the installation charges has been taken, the bsnl folks in Ahmadabad refused to do the basic installation required for the broadband connection.

    Please find below the mails I have got from cmdbsnl@bsnl.co.in and public grievance cell but my issue has not bee resolved despite the assurances.

    Please lt me know what I need to do to get the broadband connection as there was already a delay of 3 months sinceI have applied for the bsnl broadband connection.
    Since one month I am paying for the broadband services which has not been provided yet?
    I am thinking of filing RTI application for the same, Will it serve the purpose?

    Respected Sir/Madam
    I have no landline. I have submitted online application for broadband combo offer at Tarapur. I don't know the perfect date but it may be a month ago. till today i am not getting the connection. I am working in Agriculture Department Govt. of Maharashtra.
    I requesting u to kindly look for my application and give me the connection earlier if possible.

    sir,
    i am mohan from chennai in my area the lanline & broadband connection has been disconnected by some maintenance work 15 days before but the bsnl guys have not repzired though n r giving them a lot of complaints no action has been taken kindly guide in this regard
