I called this officer 2 days before regarding lodging the complain of BSNL broadband connection, that time he said he has lodged a complain about my connection. But nothing happened till today. I called again BSNL broadband toll free number and fortunately again same guy picked. He started with primarily examination, but despite saying several time that its not a problem with my machine, he forced me check my system for the problem. Later when problem ended up at the same point as it was 2 days before he again started assuring me that he will lodged a complain. Since I am suffering from this problem since last 2 days and because of weekend it wont be possible to get rid for another 2 days, I asked him whether he can provide me any contact where I can call. He said there is no way of solving this problem, except lodging a complain. As PPP down problem in broadband is well known and is a server issue, I asked him whether I can get a contact point where I can talk to the person who is concern to server issue. He said there is no such guys. I asked him to escalate this issue, again there is no mechanism. Fed up with his answers I asked whether I can talk to higher authority may be his manager, he said he will not allow me to talk to manager because he has no manager. Its strange that a company has an employee without manager (unless he is CEO). Finally I asked is "there anyway of solving this issue" and he said "NO". I frustratedly warned him that I shall complain in consumer forum, he said he doesnt care, go wherever you want. He also challenged my education background by saying that I dont have any knowledge of broadband and giving suggestions on useless topics.
He asked me to lodge a complain anywhere I want he doesnot care. This is very sad that india largest telecommunication network provider have such a mediocre customer support officer. He also tried to tarnish my reputation by saying that I dont have manners of talking to a customer support officer.
We pay 1350/- a month of this connection and what I am getting is such kind of problem and these supporting staff. Pls look into this issue.
