    I have made numerous complaints of my browsing experience with Netconnect+ regarding frequent display of 'Webpage not available" issue. The dialer shows connected but still i am unable to browse webpages. My previous complaints were not attended to satisfactorily. On my every call to customer care,i was asked to clear cache, remove temp files, delete and setup dialer configuration etc etc. and the same thing is told to me every time. These solutions dont help much other than to close the call.


    On my last complaint one service personnel came and checked for speed & signal strength which was found to be OK.As per the service personnel's advice i have taken the screenshots of 'webpage not available' error along with the dialer status. I have now collected those proofs and herewith sending as attachment.


    Upon checking the error frequency its a pity to note that in a span of half an hour the error is throwing up 4-5 times. Imagine if i have to make online payments, book train/bus/flight tickets or pay bills !!! I am totally unsatisfied with frequent errors throwing up and have no option other than to change ISP if this continues for long.

    This is a crappy answer just to show users that the problem has been sorted but in reality it is not. I was fed up this is issue and finally i have terminated the connection. The device is unusable and i have lost Rs.1300 towards the cost of the device. I have now taken up BSNL and purchased a wifi modem. The service is very good, fast and no disconnections. Thanks to BSNL.
