I Subscribed for the Reliance broadband.Now i changed my resident to some other location for that i made a request to the customer care on May 20, 2012.There is no response from their side so, called and enquired they said that there is no feasibility in my new location, then made a request for termination on May 30, 2012, Request No:180126465.On June 01,2012 reliance representative from chennai (Vasanth) called me and said sir we will shift your connection on June 04, 2012.From June 04, 2012 onwards i tried to contact that vasanth, keep complaint to the customer care and secretarial department(No.180187477 also but there is no repsonse.
I faced the same for getting the new connection, they given the connection after 20 days of date of application. Reliance is the worst service provider.
