I requested for the disconnection of the internet plan as stated above on Feb 15,2012 for which I got a reply saying that the request had been forwarded to the concerned department with Docket number : 1-2188445645 . This reply was sent by Mr Pratish Jadhav
Yet,the very next month,a tikona representative came by to collect the bill for the month of March. When mentioned that we have not used it since the disconnection request,he mentioned that there had been usage from our account. Though disheartened,we paid for the month of march and asked him to make sure that someone comes by and collects the modem and prevent further such accusitions.
Nothing happened and another bill came by for the month of april. By May,we called the customer care again regarding this,where the represntative confirmed that there had been no usage for the past month and they would take careof the pending requests as soon as possible.The cancellation number regarding is :1-2211434717 and after this there still was no response. We recieved the bill again for the month of may which was completely ridiculous.We called the customer care once more and mentioned about the bill,the representative,Mr Raees,said that we did have usage for the previous month. This is completely shameful on their part as it had been confirmed that there was no usage.He imposed that there WAS usage and he,by his goodwill had waived it,which is disgusting.
He gave the same cancellation number: 1-2211434717 and requested us to send a mail once more to the customer care and said they would reply in 24hours. We again sent a mail to customercare@tikona.in on 7th June for which we have recieved an automated reply saying it will be taken care of. We have still not recieved any non-computerized response.
Please take action immediately and duly note that I am not ready to pay even a single rupee despite your accusations,I have all the complaint numbers and the bills reflecting the zero usage and this will be as far as you will go. If any more bills are sent,I will make sure to take very strict action upon you.

We are grateful that your service request was brought to our attention and we appreciate your perseverance in settling this matter. Our team has gone through the details, and as per their update,
customer’s Tikona account is in Inactive status and hence Customer will not be able to use the service.
Account is in Inactive Status because No payment is done from customer’s side. We have forwarded many reminders for payment but customer has not done.
Hence due to Inactive status we can cannot terminate the account. Kindly settle the account by paying the outstanding

You do not understand! I requested for the cancellation in February! for which I got the confirmation on the same month. Yet i recieved a bill on march for which I MADE THE PAYMENT anyway! Since then you've been sending the bill. Customer care has confirmed the zero usage for the moth of april and may. I have the bill as well. For the month of march,a representative from your side came home personally and the bill was paid. Last week,I made sure that I wont be paying any more money when I spoke to Mr Raees and he has obliged. If you look through this forum,you will find numerous complaints EXACTLY describing what has happened here and Im not the only one facing such service from you. I will be filing a case against Tikona Digital Networks if I receive another bill.
