Hi,
I have taken Reliances' Wimax Broadband connection.
My internet usage pattern varies and I wish to have the flexibility of changing the plan anytime I want.
However as per Reliance Broadband's business policy, if the customer upgrades the plan (i.e. moves to one with higher speed and higher rental) then a he/she cannot downgrade plan (move to a lower speed and lower rental).
I beleive this policy of the company is not at all in the consumers' interest and if at all this is what they want to follow then the customer should be informed while upgrading the plan about the same.
I have internet connection of quite a few companies but have never come across such a practise.
Request you to suggest the appropriate procedure to be followed to lodge a complaint against RCOM.
Warm Regards
Aditi
