Pls find the facts of my case below:
I bought the airtel internet broadband connection when i was staying at Kalkaji , Delhi .
On 25th August ,09, i put a request of shifting my connection to some other nearby place in Delhi itself ( east of kailash). Till date i have put 6-7 requests and none of the airtel customer executives / technical persons have approached /reverted. We have been without the internet connection and the landline for almost last 15-16 days.

Like a mad, I have been calling many a times from my mobile (which is chargeable) on airtel number-011-44444555, and talking for a long time to airtel executives about shifting the connection, but they just say , 'we will try our best and install asap'. What do they mean by 'try their best'? It’s their duty to plant the connection again. They have simply said that there is no connection of airtel available in your street and hence we will not install the connection again. How can they say this? Did they meet us/told this problem to us or we will have to dream about it?
But on the contrary, we have a cybercafé running on airtel broadband , some surrounding houses have airtel internet connection, and moreover my airtel mobile number is working in my street. Then why these people are making a fool out of us. It has really got irritating now.Airtel executives just know how to talk over the phone but in the action matter they are zero. I am really fed up.
Is this the way to treat their customers when they want to shift from one place to another that too nearby in the same town. At the time of installation , the airtel tech people were very confident and convincing of shifting the connection to any corner of INDIA but now they have shown their backs very wellL
Have written so many mails to the nodal officer. But i dont know why the hell he doesn;t have courtesy to even reply back.
The whole image of airtel has got into drain . Airtel just knows how to launch new services and run after people to avail their services. But when there comes a problem , customers have to run behind airtel which is useless. Their responding nature has really played with their image.
Their customer redressal cell is terrible and a sheer piece of crap. Never have been troubled so much by any other brand just as Airtel!
Sir, i request you to pls look into the matter asap and help me in reaching to a solution.
