My name is Prabhu, I'm using reliance datacard netconnect+ broadband and I have big time issue with speed. They promised that speed goes upto 3.1 MBPS however all I receive is just 100-200 KBPS. Many a times i have raised complaint with Reliance and they guided me to some troubleshooting steps and it gave a temporary solution to my issue. At rare instance the speed would touch 1MBPS during midnight and will revert to the the poor speed condition.
Many a false promises by reliance broadband and their fix to any issue to me never been for long time. Due to this many of my online transactions with bank and other online deals were declined. Few even led up to to loss of bidding deals and accounts being locked with banking sites.
Please raise this upto to Reliance and have a permanent resolution to my issue.
Do not wanted to be cheated by their wrong promises pertaining to the speed of internet anymore.

This is to draw your attention towards the false promises made by your sales team of Reliance Netconnet Team Pune.
At the time of availing the connection, I was promised by the Manager Key Accounts - CWG (Mr. Sandip Chakraborty) office address - 7th Floor, B -2, Kumar Cerebrum, IT Park, S. No. 13B, 1+2+3 & 14, Vadgaonsheri, Pune - 411014

There was a mail confirmation from the above mentioned Mr. Sandip where in he had confirmed the rental Rs. 849+ Taxes would be charged to my connection where in the market offer was Rs. 1049/- + taxes.
When inquired he told me that as I am providing my company ID proof, I will be charged on Rs. 849/- + taxes as a Rs. 200/- Corporate Discount.
From the 1 st bill itself there was no such thing reflecting on my invoice where as it was expected as per the communication.
I still continued the usage believing the changed will be applicable from the second month usage. It did not happen though. I also took a telephonic confirmation from the said Manager Key Account - Mr. Sandip Chakraborty and he confirmed that I may not need to pay the excess amount which were levied on the succeeding month's invoice of Rs. 200 on the Rental.
As after that my services were terminated due to the non payment of Rs. 200 and then after the invoice generated the same scenario continued. After couple of Month's invoice the due amount collectively got to Rs. 600/- as a part of rental and then the same happened again; my services were suspended and then I started getting calls from the Reliance Customer Service Team. I explained the entire thing to them also and still I did not get any confirmation call after registering a complaint with the Customer Service Team. Now since last 3 - 4 days i am getting a msg from the Reliance stating a payment due of Rs. 1886 and there is a CAF 500003054516. Today morning I got a msg from the same team asking for being present at the court on 23.06.2012
Is there any justice expected or shall I also proceed towards registering a complaint hiring a professional lawyer.
I believe that what ever I have mentioned there would be some one who will be looking towards this and responding.

At rare instance the speed would touch 560 kbps during midnight and will revert to the the poor speed condition.your customer care executive are very pathetic they told me if you are getting 360 kbps speed then your are getting good speed,I am unable to understand if i am getting speed of 360 kbps then why should I pay for the 3.1 mbps.

Hi Team,
After having a bad experience with data card service provided from reliance ,I have terminated the service.I have also paid all the bill and raised a ticket to reliance customer care and got confirmation that I have "0" amount yet to be paid and no bill will be generated in future.However I'm receiving bill yet.
When I contact reliance customer care ,I got reply that, the connection is already terminated and we could see that a bill is generate even after termination of service.But we will not be able to help you further ,since the connection is already terminated.Could you advice/respond on this.

I am Ganesh B(9880900588). I am using Reliance data card (9341216867).
Recently some one called me told they will give me a new reliance postpaid mobile sim for good paln. But they have not given me the sim card even though they collected the documents. they are telling there is technical problem.
The netconnect bill is merged with the mobile bill and sent to me. they chanrged me of mobile bill along with the netconnect bill.
I requested mobile person to send the sim card. But they are telling technincal problem.(+919141198508)
I requested netconnect person to seperate my bill from mobile bill but they are not supporting me and telling lot of stories.

Please help me to split the bill seperately for netconnect and mobile bill.
Advice where i can get help for this problem.

My name is Rajagopalan.R and my reliance datacard netconnect+ number is 9382663730. I have been using this for the past 5/6 months and from the first month i have been repeatedly complaining about poor speed in customer care. But to my bad luck my complaint was never sorted out even till this day. Its very pathetic to say but i have been receiving speeds from 50-200 kbps and sometimes it goes even to 0 kbps for my 3.1 mbps connection. Marginally it has crossed 300 kbps. Eventhough i have been promised 5gb usage limit upto which i can get 3.1 mbps speed it sad that i havent got that speed even when it is below my usage limit. I have complainted with the customer care many times but another shocking fact is that there has been no complaints registered against my name or number. Only my last complaint has been registered(refer no. 183243523) on 15/7/12 the day i am posting this complaint.

These complaints hasnt even been registered when i contacted the reliance customer care recently. I hope reference no are not given without complaints. I dont know what happened to those complaints, if that has been sorted or deliberatly deleted from database without taking action against the problem. I would like bring this to the notice of officials who are responible to sort out these problems. I hope that my datacard problems are soon being sorted by reliance customer care.

I have a reliance data card which has poor signals for alsmost last 4 months. I have made so many complaints to customer care but they are reallsy useless team. They advice to test the data card from some other location. Do we work from our home or do they want us in bangalore to see where the datacard works? I reached out to appellate authority who is also not responsive. Look at the following mail....

i am using relience prepaid datacard(9355141042).my complain is that this no has been change to postpaid without any information/intimation.also this no is terminated without information.i have give a written complaint to reliance world at ambala cantt.but still they do not take any action.please do the needful.Thanks.
