Vriti Infocomm - Noida cheat i had purchased reliance data card 640 gb plan, in mid july 09 from Vriti communications here in mumbai and they had said that for the first month it was free, and then they sent me a bill for 10 days and disconnected my line. it just worked for 2 days from july 13 to july 14 09 and then i went to goa where this data card did not work at all. then after persistantly following up with the mumbai office where no one answers the call, i sent a email to noida to mr. Kashif Haque (head of operations- Noida) who sent me a email that the reversal would happen in the following month. its august now and i have recd the bill and its the same problem. i am getting end number of calls for the payment of my bills and when i have tried to call up Vriti on their following numbers in noida 0120-4666666, they are disconnecting my call. no one is answering the phone. they keep it on hold and then disconnect my call. can someone help resolve this matter pls.
Complaint againest Vriti Infocomm - Noida i was purchased a reliance internet modem from vriti infocom. at the time of buying
they promises to two ticket for GOA trip. but the situation is different. now a day
there are 2 months past and no one reply and answering for that. i try so many times
to there employee and also at head office. but they don't reply me.. so plz needfull

Worse customer support from Vriti Similar thing is happening with me
I had ordered for a reliance net connect connection 2 days ago
Within 1 minute of my order i got a call from them and they were really fast in processing each thing and provided me with a connection with 2 hours
I was really surprised by the excellent service then.
But thanks to reliance, they again proved to their 3rd class standard
From the time i got my connection, it never got activated even when i was promised it would be activated with next 4-6 hours. I have resent my documents to them 4 times. Also to add to the problems, no one is picking up phone at Vriti, or it goes on an IVR system which further just puts it on hold and disconnect it. I have called them around 60-70 times in past 2 days but unable to contact them. Even not the executives who had sold me the connection as phone is always either busy or not answered. What should i do in this respect now? This is really pissing me off. They have the worse customer support ever.
Fraud Kuldeep Arora from Vriti I have purchased the education login from
vriti. Mr. Kuldeep commited me he give me the leads for my students but he never give me he is ultimate.

Beware from his Team and from him, he is Kuldeep Arora | A.V.P. (Operations) & Head of Creative. Mr. Kuldeep commited me he gives me the leads for my Coaching Institute but after collect the the cheque, he never called me again and same thing from his team. He does not know how to do buisness and how to retain custmer never buy online test series from his company especially with Kuldeep arora. He is he is ultimate.
