This is regarding a issue of misconduct and harassment given to me for the issue of billing by reliance communication
I used to have a Reliance Broadband connection in 2010 which disconnected in the year 2011 jan
There was dispute of billing which are clearified with two presons Pallavi Vyas and Narendra yadav from billing and connection department
As discussed with them I cleared my pending dues and closed my connection
After few months i used to get constant calls regarding my pending due , I diss cussed this matter with Narendra to make the issue closed
Suddently today i get a call from a Advocate who insisted me to pay a amount which showing as outstanding in my name and provided me 2 hours buffer to complete the task
I am service employee Request your help to provide me a solution to resolve this issue
