Complaint against BSNL Wakad, Pune and Parth Telecom (BSNL franchisee)

I have recently received an sms on my cell for payment of broadband bills. My connection is through Parth Telecom (BSNL franchisee). My landline is not functioning since last 4 months. And obviously the broadband also cannot function and has not been functioning.

I am shocked to see a bill to be paid (on sms) when indeed i have complained to Parth Telecom. BSNL can check for the data usage since there is not any data exchanged since the landline has not been functioning. The condition is same even now.

How can anyone pay the bills when the connection itself was not there? I am thinking of pursuing this case with consumer forum unless this gets resolved very soon.

Complaint was made to Parth telecom earlier as well as BSNL Wakad (Dy Engineer). Pune but he is not ready to listen or help.

Can anyone please help / guide?

Hi,
I have bought an aircel data card a couple of days back (3G connection). I had primarily bought it to support me in my small business that i had palnned to start from home. But unfortunately i got to know that i will not be able to use outlook with Aircel connection. Its that ridiculous! The customer services agents tell me to call up the guys who have given me the data card connection to solve my isssue...thats funny! Finalli call up a no which is handed over to one person after the other and finally i get an answer that i cannot use my outlook...... what a waste of time and money... i really want an answer from the higher ups in AIRCEL!!!!!! ... should i disconnect my datacard or will i be able to send mails through the AIRCEL connection????????????????????????????????????
