Airtel Broadband complaint Hi,
My Airtel no. is 0120-4238710.
Airtel is corrupt, i want to register complaint against them.
I was out of station, during that period my internet was not working, my friend has registered complaint for that.
During the visit of technical representative, he has added an instrument named splitter in the network,
Splitter is the device used for making use of both telephone line and internet, but as i am only using internet , so there was no fun of that device in that network.
Even more than that, they charged 120Rs for that splitter without giving any bill/receipt. Even more than that, they used old splitter.
I want justification from airtel side, why they charged 120Rs, its not matter of 120Rs, its matter of corruption.
Now again, my internet is not working , one technical person visited and told me i can't rectify the problem, you need to register complaint again.

Airtel Broadband complaint Hi,
My Airtel no. is 011-43029115
My Internet Connection is Not working Properly from 3rd June, and i am totally fed up of AIRTEL service it is not pathetic but it is even worse than that They didn't listen and rectify the customer problem but only a Money Hungry.
I am tired complaining about my connection is not working properly from 3rd June till date (11th June) but no action is taken from their side always gave me REQUEST NO's

This all REQUEST NO's given by them from 3rd June to 11th June but still no action VERY DUMB AND WEAK SERVICE..

Complaint against Airtel Data Card Service I have taken one airtel data card no – 9560011369
before purchase – I asked to check the speed my home location. But while selling the product mr neeraj & priyanka & OM assured me that speed will come as 7.2 mbps in 3g. But I am getting only 238 kbps.
Now range is not coming. I have requested so many times to airtel – now they are not picking my phone also.
I am requesting u to pls take my data card back. I will take the service from other.
Pls help me out.

compliant against airtel fradulent bills and false promise by sales executive Sudhakar(Chennai-South Hi,
Im using airtel broadband connection (044-60397412) ,my connection plan was Alpha-6GB. As per information given by airtel executive Mr.Sudhakar (his mobile number is 9994429627) was for first month it is 6GB limited and from 2nd month onwards it is unlimited plan i.e with 256 kbps, also he said for using airtel postpaid mobile number airtel provides combo offer reducing RS.150 in every month bill.During the connection starting customer care also confirmed the same information. But after bill is generated by enquering with customer care all his information was wrong and he cheated me to start a new connection. I feel bad about airtel and 2nd month bill generated was Rs.1350. I wont pay bill amount generated since the wrong information was provided to me by him. When i call to Sudhakar he is not attending my call, so if i dint get any proper solution i wont pay the bill and i will terminate the connection. Please take necessary action on the executive to avoid cheating other customers.

Worst Customer Service from Airtel - Broadband & IP TV We have been having facing intermittent internet connections with the Airtel broadband (08042001054) for past few weeks. We have raised multiple complaints with the customer service and even contacted the nodal officer without any response. Looks like Airtel is worse than government service. Either they are not interested in customer service or they have a false assumption that Broadband is their monopoly.
