    Default wi fi connection not working

    My Airtel no. is 45527499 it is a wifi connection and is not working for last 4 to 5 days and despite my several complaints to the area officer Rinku tiwari nothing happened. I m residing in Sector 17 pocket D Keshav Kunj Appts flat Numbr 82 Dwarka New Delhi 110078 please solve it.

    Default report against airtell billing system

    Hey

    I have been using airtel broadband connection from past 2 years .
    Now I have disconnected the line because of wrong billing, I have complaint lots of time and ended up in dissconnecting
    Now I am getting calls from what so ever legal department . Some lawyer is calling from Delhi and threating me to pay the rest money in an hour .
    This is ridiculously cheap . A big company like you threatening people like us .
    I won't pay the bill . Mentally exploiting people like us for wrong reasons.
    Mostly your net was disconnected .
    I ll fight the case if needed .

    Angry Airtel Broadband Connection Fraud

    I have applied for a connection on 28th Jun 2012. My requirement was to have a wired broadband connection. Since there was no feasibility, I got a call from airtel saying that I can have a broadband connection through the telephonic connection. A person name Ganesh visited my place and explained me the details wherein if I pay an advance for 5months for any of the plans I take, I would receive a benefit of extra 2 months of free usage. I opted for the plan of Rs1299 wherein I would get a usage of 30GB at the speed of 2Mbps. So I paid him Rs7500 (5months advance rent + Rs 1000 for modem rent)After filling the form when I asked for the receipt, he said that the person who will come the installation on Sunday (1st July 2012) would handover the receipt. He took a copy of my pan card as a proof and asked me to send the rental agreement to his mail id ganesh.1250@gmail.com.After that till Saturday evening the number from which Ganesh used to contact me (+91 9972731906) was on. Suddenly on Sunday the number was switched off and is still switched off. No one turned up for the connection.I didn't even have the copy of the application.     Hi,

    I want to launch a complain against AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICES. These people are extreme as they provide meaningless and senseless information to the customers. Yesterday I visited the AIRTEL shop in Shopperix mall, sector 61 noida. I was interested in purchasing 10 GB Turbo plan. The lady there told me that when we are not using the net we will hae to keep the modem off, other wise 10 GB will get consumed in 2-3 days even if no laptop is connected to it (i asked her some 10 times). BAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    what???? You guys mean that even where there is no laptop (NO LAPTOP at all) your internet downloads/uploads data?????????????? what where. and not just that. i thought may be that lady is new and is fond of talking nonsense. So i called airtel services and they to said the same thing. i am myself a techie...... i called up several poeple who are into this business and they said its crap. CRAPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

    Basically whole time that lady was insiting that the speed will reduce. Not even once she promised me that i can get the 4 GB speed from airtel anytime. I wondered does she even know what exactly 10 GB is. or has she been trained to lie? When i started arguing she said "mam aisa hi hai".

    Please sir throuw some light on how/what/where do you download stuff when no lappy is connected to the wifi????

    rinku is the executive who filld the form...prem is the manger and aadesh is the techniqul guy they all are unprofessional person i dnt thnk tht they r the part of airtel
    they promised me tht wii gve me connection within 2 days or ne its more thn 4 days i always they r passing the ph no..
    trst me guys nvr believr in airtel its better u take anyother services..

    Hello Mr Rakesh,

    Its been 6-7 days, my airtel braodband is troubling me alot. I am not getting the speed that i supposed to. I tried making a complaint on airtel website but its not seems to be working. I guess it seems to be a national problem i guess as there are lot of complaints, i hope the issues will be sorted out ASAP. Waiting for a prompt response.
