    Default Reliance Broadband Termination Issue

    Dear Sir,
    From last 1 year i was using reliance broadband connection in hyderabad. on may 11,2009 i given request for termination of service, i was called n no. times by their officials to transfer the service to someone and all that stuff. i given reason for termination we r shifting out of city. finally on 17 may they terminated our service and took phone and modem. also in june reliance agent come for recovery of 900rs for the month of june. i thought might be some discrepancy from my side so gave him and taken the receipt. Now in june, july, august monthly broadband bills r coming. so i again called their customer care why the bills r coming when the service is terminated. she revealed our service is still active. and asked for termination request number. i explained i hvnot noted down the termination request no. i given her logic that without request number u would not have disconnected service and also i have to persude them 8 times that i dont need their service. afterwards she might have called to hyderabad office and again their man came to take the broadband cables. now today i receive one letter from local advocate of reliance company insisting us to pay our 1350 rs bill. what should i do sir. infact i should go and complain against them of their irresponsible service and they r doing the same against the customer. now threatning me to pay the due amount othewise they r going to take legal action. i m puzzled what to do now. sir i m fed up of this reliance company they cheated me in reliance datacard service which i submitted , again while using reliance money thy deducted 27000 rs from account as brokerage without informing me and also i used their mobile service. ADAG group is fraud. how to come out from this issue and vow never to use any reliance service in my entire life.

    Dear Mr. Rahul Rana,
    I am also facing exactly the same problem you are facing. I think reliance is taking this new strategy to rob their customers. They are running the most corrupted business. I also posted a complaint regarding the bill related issue on this site; but I am also not getting any reply from anyone. You can see my post in the broadband section itself. What did you do in response to the legal notice? Did you go to meet the advocates? What did they tell you?

    Default Same problem here.

    Exactly same problem here. I had terminated my phone+broadband. After innumerable calls from Reliance office in Bombay trying to persuade me to transfer the connection to some blood relative or friend and so on they terminated the connection. or so I thought. But after a couple of months I got calls saying my phone is disconnected but broadband is active!!! The original id for termination request is no longer "available" int their system and now they claim that no such request exists!

    Recently they seemed to have sent a legal notice to my email which went to spam (I think that is the right place for it).

    Any ideas on how to take these crooks to task?

    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    Before filing case in the Consumer Forum you need to do some basic things like first of all you have to send a written notice to the area nodal officer via registered post ( keep one copy with you, this may help if you really need to drag them to the consumer forum ), mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time in the notice.

    Wait for their reply and revert us back for further help.

    Default Reliance Wimax Disconnection dispute

    I wanted to file a case against Relaince Communications - Broadband (Wimax) department.

    I have given a formal request of termination on 5th September 2008 (I have termination request no. with me)

    They have disconnected the service after 3 months. And bills were coming till Jan 2009.

    I requested twice to stop sending bill nos (I have request no(s) for that too)

    Now they are asking me to pay the bill for 3 months. Around 3000 Rs.

    On top of it they have given me a Log Adalat Court notice.

    Please help me in filing a consumer court case against reliance.

    Hi Guys,

    I have the exact same probmen with reliance (disconnected the connection 3 months back ) but still getting bills and now they say that only land line is disconnected not broadband.

    I am ready to take all the logistics needed to go to consumer court, if you guys want to join me, that will be great, pls contact me vs_rakesh@yahoo.co.in

    Default Complaint about the Relaince DATA Card connection

    Even I am facing the same issue...my relaince data card had gone faulty and I had asked to terminate my connection as I dont want it anymore...but they didnt terminate it and keep on sending the bills....i paid one extra month rental to close the matter...even then they keep on sending the bills....and they send me same kind of legal notice...that they will file a case against me....they this a complete harrassment of customer rights in this country....this is not atall exceptable....I am also interested in filing the consumer case against the relaince...contact me on mohits08@gmail.com...i also want to join against relaince...

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    My name is Harvinder Singh and I am facing the continuous coverage/network problem from the day one I bought Reliance Netconnect Broadband in my area (Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt.). Inspite of many complaints thru phone and emails, no action has been taken by Reliance till date. I have also told them to cancel my connection and refund full money (i.e. Deposit amount and bill amount which I have paid till date) but again no action has been taken yet.

    They are the Biggest Fraud in the world

    All user Send a Registered Post from Indian Post Office

    and send them to their address.

    Take The Copy and fill the Cast against them and make them to Pay Huge money for Your Personal Harassment Bcus of their mail and Call

    If we want to terminate the Broadband connection they will never do and keep on
    sending the bill for broadband every month, And when we submite the complaint
    for terminate and againt enquire about the same they will say that there is
    no such complaint registered.

    Default sending bill again and again after close connection

    HI ,

    since 3 month before i have closed my relience broadband connection , after that they are sending me bill again and again when i called to cutomer care they told it has closed on 22 sept 2010 , bt bill is coming cont. after that i sublmited 2 bills but they are sending me bill again and again
    no cutomer care reply
    and not officer reply , i also talked to ms shushmita (9350696328 ) , she gave me bad response and said i cant do nothing .
    relience are fraud and onone are ready to help and proper procedure .

    plz help me against them
