    Default sending bill again and again after close relience broadband connection

    HI ,

    since 3 month before i have closed my relience broadband connection , after that they are sending me bill again and again when i called to cutomer care they told it has closed on 22 sept 2010 , bt bill is coming cont. after that i sublmited 2 bills but they are sending me bill again and again
    no cutomer care reply
    and not officer reply , i also talked to ms shushmita (9350696328 ) , she gave me bad response and said i cant do nothing .
    relience are fraud and onone are ready to help and proper procedure .

    plz help me against them .

    Default Complain Against Reliance Broadband Service

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I am Dinesh B Sawane from Ojhar Dist. Nashik, having reliance Broad band connection having
    Id number 330763148924. I am using this number since last three months &
    in three months period i have face lots of problem from Customer care.
    They have deactivate my service twice without intimated me for non making a payment.
    Here let me just clarify that i have given all the information regarding my email
    address & mailing address despite for that they fails to send me my bill on my
    given email everytime, than later after due date expire they keep telling me the same,
    you have not make the payment so please do it ASAP..i was been keep telling that
    i haven't received the bill so please do send me i'll make the payment but no mail
    & no response.. because of that i bear hell lots of issue like my working hours, time & money...
    Firstly i was using BSNL Brandboad Connection whose service is very nice as compare
    to reliance broad band. But reliance broad band is cheap in rate so i had decided to
    use reliance broad band but now i came to know that they are unable to give service
    for a customer. For how many times i had told them to disconnect my connection but
    they are not doing such thing.
    As i am doing a business of Shares Trading and internet connection is very important
    for this but the service which is providing by reliance to me is very dull at the time of
    business only sometime the connection goes very slow or many times it disconnecting.
    Their Engineers are coming after giving complaints but even they can not solve this problem.

    Now its very headache for me. All my customer regarding shares trading is not coming due to this reason.
    I am now thinking to do legal case on reliance broad band so on this factor i am discussing all
    the things with my advocate. So its my request to all other user who are not using reliance broad band
    connection dont use reliance broad band connection. They are number 1 frody.

    I terminated the broadband connection on 18 Aug 2010. Paid all the dues and have the acknowledgement receipt for that.

    However I have received a legal notice from Reliance to pay some outstanding amount - that too a year down the line.

    I called up the customer care department and they cannot help as the account is terminated.

    My contact number is 9823182023 in case Reliance wants to contact me.

    The reason for termination was poor service - bad connectivity and poor response.

    Default Illigal approach by reliance

    My name is jaymohan, Im using reliance broadband postpaid connection. because of personal isuue im not using that. After 3 month suddenly i received a phone call from advocate of reliance. he ask me to pay the amount of 2796. If i fail to do that he will cut all my reliance based numbers. And he ask me to pay that with in half an hour at first call. he said that " if you not make the payment i ll make you in big trouble, i taken all your contacts from your reliance mobile number include your parents number also. so, make the payment quickly otherwise i ll send police to your home and arrest you bas*** , ***, *** " like that he said. Im in big trouble with this call. And i did'n received any pre-intimation from reliance. Shame on you reliance.
