Hi,
I have taken this Tata Photon broadband plug as a part of the Compaq laptop in the month of July 2009. After using these two months where my monthly usages have not crossed even 600 MB, suddenly over the three days starting from 6th September 2009 till 7th September 2009 it has even crossed 2100 MB.
I have lodged a complaint on 6th Sepetember with the customer care center immediately and my reference no is 187787961. The following day I talked to the manager as well and today on 8th September I have already talked to two of the nodal officers and have asked them for disconnecting me immediately. The main issue has not been resolved as well as my request for disconnection as well.
Now I don't know what to do and am asking anyone out there who can provide me with proper procedures to stop this fradulent activity from Tata Photon and the steps I can take regarding the issue.

I am a Tataphoton+ broadband connection holder.

I am getting very low speed since october 5th 2011. I tried complaining all possible channel of Tata Docomo and TTSL. Still no hope resolution to my issue. With complaining all the Service Channel, they installed passive antenna. But there is no use, even after installing the same, I get same lower unusable speed. Whenever the customer care person visits my place speed looks very good. Once they returned the issue will be same.
Now I am looking forward help in anyway, I can get my device amount back? I am not interested to continue with this service provider anymore...I seriously tired with complaining and following it up with this ISP on resolving my speed issue.

I had a connection of airtel (9717806038) since past 2 years and was satisfied with it.A customer care executive from Vodafone company called me few days back and gave me gud scheme under number portability from Vodafone. And I made the biggest mistake of my life to take that scheme.
I paid for my connection on 10th of march and Vodafone has not even arranged for an address verification for that number.
It has become very difficult for me to survive without a mobile. i talk to customer care executive for more then 5 times and send mail to their vodafone care 3 times but my problem is not being resolved. i have even send them the SIM no and customer receipt no. every time they ask for 48 hrs but its more then 18 days.
