I am a Wimax PostPaid broadband customer of TataIndicom(user id:tripathi.manoj@vsnl.net).I have shifted to a new
location, which is hardly 100 meters from the existing location.I have
raised a request to change my connection to the new location at 4th
Sept 2009,but till date I didn't receive any call from TataIndicom.
I called so many time to customer care .Every Time I got answer that it
will take 3 days.it has more than 3 working days now.But there is no any information about how many days still it would be required to transfer the connection .
I have checked the status of my complain(10643904).It is displaying that my concern has been resolved.I failed to understand without any contact with me how can they resolved this problem.
I have mailed to Nodal Officer North as well as regarding this concern and I got a mail that they would resolve my concern at the earliest.I have to pay the bill for those days in which I have not used Inernet due to these guys. Please suggest me to take necessary steps which required.
