Dear Customer,I am A.S.PRAVEEN KUMAR PH:9884447611 From Thiruvotriyur,Chennai,Tamilnadu..Customer ID:368719960766.M using Broadband connection from the past one year..from that onwards often it creates a mess sometimes..suddenly stopped working From 23/05/12 onwards and I called Reliance customer care to complain about this problem as it just wont connect atall despite trying everything I could on my side and got this complain number : 179776284
I was promised a resolution within 24 hours but its been a lot more then that so I called them again a few mins ago and the guy I spoke to said this complain has been resolved but it doesn't resolved they lied so he will have to give me another complaint number and I refused to take a new stupid complaint number because I have no idea how and why they would change the status of my original complaint to resolved without me giving a nod that it is indeed resolved... I asked my call to be transferred to a supervisor and they guy says he cant unless he gives me a new complaint number I refused to take a new complaint number and eventually he transferred my call to a floor supervisor who said she would get some one in the field to look at this issue and get it resolved asap.
The orignal complaint I made was changed to resolved status which I believe that these guys do regularly to keep their turn around time on paper to be less then 24 hours else there is no other reason I can think of for doing this.. I am not happy at all... My connection is not working and Reliance has been sitting on my complaint number in peace thinking its already been resolved when its far from resolved.
Complaint is resolved they shouldn't be changing the complaints status to resolved. Insist on reviving the same old complaint number and be firm about it if you really want to get a resolution.
I can only hope that they do something about my connection which has been down for a long time now!
And then i called APPELATE AUTHORITY They also told me u problem will be resolve in 72 hrs in dated 26/05/12 but no response from them after i spoke..
Its been TEN days now and the problem has not been resolved.. I called again and they guy tried to give me another complaint number is 180313338...THis is fourth m facing this type of super RELINANCE service..Last time 10 Days to resolve my problem...In Thiruvotriyur Technical servicers is worst He's always lie..
IF u don't rectify my problem in 24Hrs am gonna complaint in DEPARTMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS PG CELL..Bcoz am facing mental pressure and lose my money in SHARE MARKETS Bcoz of ur communications..
