    Thumbs down Reliance Broadband Problem, It's Been 10 days & on



    I am A.S.PRAVEEN KUMAR PH:9884447611 From Thiruvotriyur,Chennai,Tamilnadu..Customer ID:368719960766.M using Broadband connection from the past one year..from that onwards often it creates a mess sometimes..suddenly stopped working From 23/05/12 onwards and I called Reliance customer care to complain about this problem as it just wont connect atall despite trying everything I could on my side and got this complain number : 179776284
    I was promised a resolution within 24 hours but its been a lot more then that so I called them again a few mins ago and the guy I spoke to said this complain has been resolved but it doesn't resolved they lied so he will have to give me another complaint number and I refused to take a new stupid complaint number because I have no idea how and why they would change the status of my original complaint to resolved without me giving a nod that it is indeed resolved... I asked my call to be transferred to a supervisor and they guy says he cant unless he gives me a new complaint number I refused to take a new complaint number and eventually he transferred my call to a floor supervisor who said she would get some one in the field to look at this issue and get it resolved asap.

    The orignal complaint I made was changed to resolved status which I believe that these guys do regularly to keep their turn around time on paper to be less then 24 hours else there is no other reason I can think of for doing this.. I am not happy at all... My connection is not working and Reliance has been sitting on my complaint number in peace thinking its already been resolved when its far from resolved.

    Complaint is resolved they shouldn't be changing the complaints status to resolved. Insist on reviving the same old complaint number and be firm about it if you really want to get a resolution.

    I can only hope that they do something about my connection which has been down for a long time now!

    And then i called APPELATE AUTHORITY They also told me u problem will be resolve in 72 hrs in dated 26/05/12 but no response from them after i spoke..

    Its been TEN days now and the problem has not been resolved.. I called again and they guy tried to give me another complaint number is 180313338...THis is fourth m facing this type of super RELINANCE service..Last time 10 Days to resolve my problem...In Thiruvotriyur Technical servicers is worst He's always lie..
    IF u don't rectify my problem in 24Hrs am gonna complaint in DEPARTMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS PG CELL..Bcoz am facing mental pressure and lose my money in SHARE MARKETS Bcoz of ur communications..

    After i Spoke to your customer service associate it worked 5hrs only and then same problem occurs wat is this nonsense it's a joke ha...and then i called APPELLATE AUTHORITY they said 4 days to resolve my problem..you are all cheated me...GET ME A PERMANENT SOLUTION and then only i pay my last month BILL..now it's been 15 days,,last month 12 days only and before month 9 days only...

    Hello It's been 20 days now...nobody is response to my complaint..I called 10 TIMES to APPELLATE AUTHORITY but no use last time one Executive NAME UDAYA KUMAR, CHENNAI , He Promised me to resolve my problem on or before 08/06/2012..But he also lied to me..nobody is call me..Wat's my problem am only called 20 times at Customer care and APPELLATE AUTHORITY 10 times..i think APPELLATE AUTHORITY is waste of shit they also cheated...Please Don't try to tell, Ur problem will be solved in 24Hrs to other customers..

    Angry Reliance Broadband Billing Issues

    Hi,

    I am Shibi Mathew, living in Mayur Vihar Phase -3, New Delhi. I have been facing the issues with Reliance Broadband since 6 months. I have been using the reliance broadband since July'2010 and was a sincere customer with no payment issues ever. I always paid my monthly bills on time. On or around 4th Jan'2012, I shifted me residence to another address in Mayur Vihas Phase-3 and requested Reliance Customer Care for transfer of Connection and the delivery of bill to my new address. On raising the request, customer care guys informed me that if transfer is not possible, the connection and services will be terminated. I agreed to the condition and went ahead for transfer. Duration for transfer of connection was 5 working days. No response was received in 5 working days. On calling customer care guys, they informed me that connection cannot be transferred but can apply for a new connection. As I was unable to understand, that why connection transfer is not possible and how new connection is possible, I waited for another 2 days then called customer care. but no satisfactory reply received. Though I was expecting the connection would be terminated on failure of transfer of connection, as informed by Customer care guys, but still called them and asked for termination of service. In last week of Jan'2012, I finally decided to take a new connection of Reliance broadband and contacted my nearest Reliance sales executive on a good offer, and paid them for new connection. Next day when I waited for my new connection, some executives came for transfer of my Reliance broadband connection. On calling the customer guys, they were not able to update the status on same. Anyhow I agreed for transfer and then finally asked customer care to not charge me for the period the connection was not available. But my services were terminated in the first week of Feb'2012.
    On calling customer care executives, I realized that they have terminated my services due to non payment of bills. Though I never received a bill on my new address. On enquiring further, I was shocked to know, that my new address was not updated in their records.My connection got transferred, but address was never updated?

    I never denied for payment, but wanted to pay the bill for month Dec'2011 to Jan'2012, as my billing cycle was from 11th Dec'2011 till 11th Jan'2012. But the customer care never agreed to it. Even after facing so many issues, I never denied to pay the bill for my actual usage. I asked them to agree for the above mentioned period, but instead of agreeing to it and understanding the issues faced by their customer because of their irresponsibility, they were asking me to pay a bill of Rs 2,250. Its been six months now, and still they call me, mail me and trouble me for paying an amount of Rs 2,250. They have been continuously misbehaving with me on calls for non payment of the bill, but never tried to resolve my issue. Reliance also informed TRY, but on listening to my complete issue, they also realized the mistake made by Reliance and never again called me back for not paying bill. I am still being troubled by Reliance broadband for same bill. Kindly help. Thanks.
