Hello Sir/Madam,

My Telephone bill no. is 1108560098, I received a bill of Rs. 1871/- for the period of 06/07/2009 ti 30/07/2009.
I got Rs. 1000/- extra bill for my broadband connection used for the period of Mar16, 2009 to Jun7, 2009. But in the period my phone was dead and i checked all the details from the Ambernath BSNL office.
I informed the same why should i pay that extra Rs.1000/- for unused broadband connection, i have submited all the application for the same still they inform me to pay the whole bill.

when my phone was dead in that time i got Rs. 0/- bill, if they charge the broadband while phone is dead then why they send me zero amount of bill. (Bill No.1108401879)

Please help me to resolve this issue.
