    Default Airtel legal notice for broadband

    Hi Sir,
    I had broadband no 08041255340 which i was using until sept 30th, 2011 and surrendered the connection with written application by paying all the undue amount at airtel service centre Domlur,Indiranagar bangalore and later on 7th Oct,2011 airtel guys came collected the all the equipment by giving receipt(no:106040).

    After some days I started getting calls from airtel CRM saying that i have to pay unbilled amount which is completely false because i was not using connection anymore .I have informed CRM that i have surrendered the connection and have paid all the bills..Again i started getting calls from airtel CRM for the same issue in spite of me explaining the things...

    Recently i got call from some airtel person saying that legal case has issued against me and have to go to Dehli court along with my lawyer which is completely absurd...

    and after that I raised the complaint at airtelpresence about same issues twice (ref no :LB051400063 and LB051400063 ) .and these people are replying me saying that they unable to contact me at my contact number again which is false since i get calls from all other people at the same contact number..Airtel people are just escalating this issue and harassing me constantly...

    I am thinking of issuing legal notice against airtel for constant harassment for this...I need help regrading this..

    Dear sir.,
    my broadband number a/c no was 15052247, and ive initiated termination on 21st May 2011, as iv permanently moved out from that flat. since the airtel ppl denied transfering the connection to my new flat ive got to disconnect my old connection. Posting informing on termination however i keep receiving bills every month ..a lot of service compliants has been raised every month on this (for which i have the proofs starting from may till sept) to terminate the connection, and airtel used to acknowledge that the issue will be resolved but never resolved..though i havent used the connection for june, i still end up clearing the dues and re insisted airtel to terminate teh connection with immediate effect..though there is regular follow up on this still i keep receiving the bills for july till september and suddenly stopped there after..i havent payed the dues but kept informing airtel on the false bills and connection termination status often..
    Suddenly in january 2012 the legel department ppl started contacting me and informed on the pending file which needs to be presented at delhi high court. however if i pay the dues they said will withdraw the case else need to fight. wilth all the proofs i have visited the nearest airtel office @ domlur bangalore, and the manager (mr.andrews) reissued a service complaint requesting for the waiver, and intrun informed the legal dept to wait on the waiver. its been 5 months and suddely today the legal dept called me and said that i ignored 3 court hearing notices and this will be considered as serious contempt. they said they sent notices to my old flat and i dont even have any clue on that. neither i didnt received any calls informing hte courting hearing notices..they given me half an hour to clear the dues else i will be charged as contempt court case with a penality itseems..i dont knw how much of this is real, but i was cornered in all ways and ive got to visit the airtle office near domlur and clear the false dues . more to that a lot of mental agony for no fault of mine. inspite of following iwth airtel numerous times i still need to undergo all this..i certainly would like to file a harasment and negligence of duty complaint against airtel..all i have is the proof of communication with airtel (with 121 emails having service ids) starting from june till sept which has detailed information on the request and responses. i request teh consumer court in suggesting the right way to approach this situation...

    Hi,

    I had cancelled airtel broadband connection on july 2011 and took new one . They had even provided me the REFERENCE NUMBER:509038 and now they are calling me and harrasing me to pay some Rs.4000/- or they will send leagl notice.Some lawyer from Delhi called me and asked to pay up. I have told customer care executives that i had cancelled it but they keep threatning me. Please look into it.

    Subject : Airtel Payment issue
    Hi Sir,

    I had broadband which i was using till sept, 2011 and surrendered the connection and payed all the undue amount at airtel guys came collected by giving receipt(no:00828650 and 00829401) on 19th-Nov-2011.
    sl no of reciept : 41642561

    After some days I started getting [COLOR=#009900 !important]calls from[/COLOR] airtel CRM saying that i have to pay unbilled amount which is completely false because i was not using connection anymore .I have informed CRM that i have surrendered the connection and have paid all the bills..Again i started getting calls from airtel CRM for the same issue in spite of me explaining the things...

    Today(27th-june-12) i got call from some airtel person saying that legal case has issued against me and have to go to Dehli court.

    So that I raised the [COLOR=#009900 !important]complaint[/COLOR] at airtel indira nagar center bangalore about same issue (ref no :17820468 ) .and these people replied me they will come back to me in 48 hrs. Airtel people are just escalating this issue and harassing me constantly...

    I am thinking of issuing legal notice against airtel for constant harassment for this...I need help regrading this..

    hello,
    My airtel number is 08041442149. I was staying in Vasanthnagar, Bangalore and I had asked for the connection to be transferred in late Jan2012 to my
    new address in Kormangala.On 28th Jan2012 ,a technician Murli from Kormangala area came and fixed only the broadband. The landline was still dead and he said it would work soon. That never happened. My phone never worked in my new house. On 7th Feb (2 days after my billing cycle starts), my internet also went dead.After this my turmoil started. I kept calling Murli but nothing happened.After that I lodged a complaint on 8th Feb and technicians only kept saying they are coming but never turned up.When I phoned Customer care to disconnect my service , they kept assuring me that it would get rectified, but noone came to my house. I finally applied for disconnection.However your billing dept generated the full bill for Feb(which is ridiculous since I never got to use the internet ) and also demanded I pay the Rs 300 as relocation, which I refuse to pay since the service was not rendered to me. I have written numerous letters to appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com. Inspite of that I got threatning calls from the billing dept. and now I am getting threatning calls from your legal dept to pay up or meet in court. The lady who spoke to me was very rude and mannerless.I have all the proofs of the emails and complaint numbers. I am utterly disappointed and in mental agony. I can see there are many others like me.

    Default AIRTEL BroadBand keeps generating bill for no service?And a Court Case?

    Hi
    I was using airtel BB till November-2011 (Airtel account number 16428612). Then I sifted to new place and requested Airtel to relocate my connection via email dated 01/12/2011 (service request #8204444). I strictly asked Airtel to close my connection if relocation not possible (via mail dated 09/12/2011). I had to struggle too much for relocation and got too many "get back you by ####" reply. Finally I contacted the local Airtel staff(Mritiunjaya mob#988090215) and came to know that shifting was not possible because of some technical problem. Anyway I waited for a long to resolve it. Then I requested to close my broadband connection via mail dated 13/12/2011 and got service request number 8715890. There were payment settlement discussion and I made Airtel balance to zero on Mar 14 2012 by paying the dues 192.42

    I got last bill for 1714.19 generated on 18th July 2012. They keep generating bill and asking me to pay the due. I am no longer there in old address and no longer using the connection after 1 December 2011. Today I got the call from Delhi saying that there is hearing today for the case and the guy asked to me contact sarika bansal 087-44999528

    This is true harassment case. I have paid everything for using Airtel connection. How can I pay the bill charged for not using their service. In mean time I had several conversation with Airtel and told the same story.

    I am now using using BSNL. I always wanted Airtel. But I did not have choice. And they are now harassing me. Can I file the harassment case against them ? I have all the mail conversation history and service request numbers.
