I am Vignesh with Account no:284986.one of the victim of the filthy hathway broadband services.
I never came across such a FILTHY CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life.
I had used your Hathway broadband service by mistake for which i regret now.
I had subscribed to the hathway broadband services somewhere around JULY 2008.in my old address.
I was uisng hathway services untill i moved to my new place untill November 2008.
I had called the customer service for the change of address and to continue with thier services.
But to came to know that hathway broadband is not feasible in my new residence area.
So i requested for the termination of the connection from my old address. and called and provided the new address forthe sake of returning the modem and accessories that was provided during their during their mode of service.
But to my surprise,i see that i continue to get bills to my new address as if i was using thier broadband services even though im not using thier broadband services anymore as it was not feasible..:mad::confused:
i called even mailed had conversations with hathway customer care multiple times.
but even untill this month im getting the same outstanding bills that reached around Rs 3000/- now.
I even sent a mail stating that im going to launch a complaint against this in consumer court they don't even care to reply for the same.
I want this issue to be treated with high priority and if possible can completely "BAN" the hathway services.
which will help the consumers from getting victimized by certain kind of products and services from widening their zones.
