I have paid the amount at the nearest reliance web center.

My question is what were the reliance broad band people doing all these years.
Can a person claiming to be a legal officer threaten me to pay the bill in 15 minutes or go to the court and face legal action.
How can you expect a person to pay a bill(4 years old bill) in 15 minutes?

Is it right to claim bills after four years without furnishing any details?

I never expected such cheap unprofessional behavior from a company like reliance.Please let me know what can i do in this regard.The way in which the money was collected from me was barbaric.Please help me on this regard.
