My self sadanand saroj , i'm using Mtnl no. 29949564 with broadband(2 mbps plan ) from february. it was brilliant, never got down in 2 months. but form last month(april ) it started creating problem.. i filed a complain through customer care...but didn't got response then i complained to SDO but didn,t got solution.... . after 12 days i went to "D office(sarita vihar)", 3 times. at 3rd time he said i'll send the people(engineers) today. then engineer came and found no- problem in router and setting.. but luckily broadband became OK in evening..
After 1 week it got down again ..then i again started the above process(customer care-->sdo meeting---> d meeting) .. but nothing worked... finally i called to GM office.. after 2-3calls( in 2-3 days) some people called from MTNL and said it will b OK in one day. after tow days internet is available but speed is nothing. i'm using 2 mbps plan but even google takes time to open. I'm still suffering from this problem ...
*and I'm paying bills ---- but this time i Won't pay bill. they should waive off there rent this time
*I don't want to disconnect my connection . because impossible is nothing and excuses are given only when u don't want to work.
*my current net status is :
DSL available but blinks some times
Internet light also blinking but stops when DSL goes down
when internet is available, websites takes time to open and downloading speed comes in 2- 8 kbps and some time in bytes.
*modem using 410TC1
