I took a broadband connection from tata communications paying four months advance (799/- plan) in Aluva,Kochi,Kerala.My id is densil_jacob@vsnl.net.

I am not getting connection for from May 5th 2012. I am calling your customer service and they say it would be rectified within next 6 hours, which never happens.This has been the case for all these days.Their service engineer Mr.Jinto and other service personnel here hardly picksup any calls,and if does that is to disconnect saying they are busy.There is no other local number to call here.In these circumstances, I send a mail to customerservice@tatacommunications.com requesting to cancel the service,again to which there is no feedback or action except for an automated acknowledgement.I saw other complaints against tata communications in this forum and as said there I too feel this company is a fraud company.They are trying to make money without giving services.

Now I not only want to disconnect the services,but also forfeit rent for days for which service was not there.Hope the company will show some seriousness now and give value to consumer court.
