Hi,

This is Ankur Rathi, a custmer of Tikona (unfortunately). My Tikona user id is: 1105216056.
I called their customer care asking information about WiFi router. The lady named Afreen answered that router will work with any service provider when I asked this. So I opted for it & transferred 1500 INR online.
When the engineer came for setup, he said it will NOT work with any other service provider other than Tikona.
Now why would I take this shit if it's garbage when I am no more with Tikona broadband?
I've asked customer care to collect it back & return my 1500 bucks but all in vain.
This is definitely CHEATING.

Please guys, never opt for Tikona broadband. Worst internet broadband company...
