I faced a lot of problems with my new connection. terrible Service, I wish I would have applied for some other ISP in my area.
I requested for a new connection for reliance wimax in May. And Hardware was installed on May25th itself But Internet was not still working. I tried calling customer care so many times But they failed to register my complaint since I was not given a subscriber ID yet. I was so frustrated that I asked my Bank to bounce the cheque that I gave in the name of Reliance while applying for connection.
After a 10 days of efforts , I managed to get hold of installation guy who came and fixed the issue.
Now , after 2 weeks or so, I received a bill wherein they have started my billing cycle from 25th May itself. When I asked for waiver by calling customer care, My request was rejected twice. In this scenario, I had only one option than to hold the payment. And after a week, they aborted internet services on 21st June without notifying me. I raised a request for permanent deactivation and I clearly told I wont pay even a single penny for all these days.
Now they have given a waiver for intitial 7-8 days but I want waiver for last 7 days also for which they have still disconnected my line.
Reason : Because of problem 1 , I didnt pay the bill and services were aborted. Had there been no issues with billing for initial days, I would have paid the bill on Time.
Problem 3: Poor customer handling skills, I spoke to a person names Naveen Kumar from customer relationship team. he was not even able to understand my problem. And in turn told me that It was issue from my side. (probably cause of Low IQ or aptitude he was not able to understand my simple issues).
