I'm using Airtel Broadband in Jaipur from past 3 Years and I am a very loyal customer but Now Airtel is making me to withdraw my broadband as they are not giving me full speeds at torrents. I am using 2MBPS broadband and I'm getting full speed (240kbps) at normal downloads from the browser but at torrents I'm getting only about 15-20 kbps speeds while my other friends at BSNL and other Broadbands are getting full speeds on the same torrent...I dont know why this is happening but this is the problem since June 2011 ..I filed complaint agaist this but they didn't do anything regarding this..everytime they say the broadband is okay, there must be some other fault. Please Help!!!
