    Hi,

    This is Praveen (MDN: 9133933986) from Hyderabad writing with very horrible Customer experience being subscribed to MTS Data card (mblaze).
    I subscribed to MTS on Dec 16th and was promised money back guarantee if I am not satisfied with the speed which would be around 3.1 mbps, I was expecting atleast 1.0 mbps speed but for me it never crossed 200 kbps. WORST internet connectivity, spoke to customer care for multiple times, I was told that they would send some technician to help me out but that never happened. Fed up with the service I stopped using MTS within one month of its subscription and sent multiple notices and requests to disconnect the connection

    I called the Nodal officer (9133-255-255) on Monday (12th March, 2011) at 10.50 am in regards to my issue on disconnecting MTS and I was said that someone from MTS will call me back in couple of hours.
    It's been 4 days and still waiting for a call from MTS to resolve my issue, I was told the same by customer care even on 10th March that I will get the call in 2 hours but no calls from MTS with any resolution.

    I sent a notice of disconnection multiple times on
    12th Jan by logging into their self care portal and giving a complaint,
    On 23rd Feb, 10th March, 12th March, 15th March through emails to datasupport.ap@mtsindia.in, nodal.ap@mtsindia.in, appellate.ap@mtsindia.in and many more times through calls.

    But I am still billled every month and asked to pay the bill which is insane.
    They started sending people to my home for collecting monthly bills and keep harassing my parents.

    I request concerned authority or personnel to look into this matter...

    Dear Mts,
    Am N.Vivek Goud holding an MTS Blaze Num:9133936134.I have taken this connection last month but i havnt received the bill,Day before yesterday my services got deactivated due to non-payment.without sending a bill how cam a customer can make the payment also i visited to make the payment to nearest Payment Location Center,at there centers no people are ready to take the payment from us due to Company people are not visiting to collect the payment's from their location's.This Shows how much active MTS Employees are Working.we never believe such a blunder services you are providng.what is the use of making Ads for your Company without providing any proper services.If the same is repeated in the Next Month we Need to say Good Bye to your Network.

    Angry MTS data card internet service suckssssssssssss.......

    Hi,

    I am using MTS for the past 3years. Since my place is in remote location we aren't able to access to any other net service. MTS promised us good quality. But its worse. I have activated MTS postpaid unlimited usage. 3 to 4 days after your bill payment it slows down even when you have used less data usage. If we complaint to Customer Care there is no proper response. Service is getting worse day-by-day. It takes nearly 2 to 3 mins to login gmail. Its dead slow. I have even tried using the data card in Anna Nagar still the same problem.

    Thumbs down Mts data card

    TOTALLY FAKE


    • Speed upto 3.1 Mbps
    • Fastest uploads at a speed to upto 1.8 Mbps


    My data card no is 9146349347
    MY complain NO IS C12-47517774
    We are getting speed only 64KBPS
    We are tired of using this data card
    We doing many complaint in customer care
    But no reply till today
    So , request to all people don’t buy MTS data card

    Exclamation fake mts

    dear sir,
    am praveen recharged 348 on 4th may 2012
    my data card no is 9133950025 and my ph no is 7702 5555 95 so my problem is am asked customer care clearly about 348 r/c that is 5 gb is free for u told customer care so i am recharged with 348 so am not get that benifit regarding 5 gb am loosed entire amount i have only got 512 mb so please look into my matter waste customer care kumar is not giving proper answer and speaking worst lanuage
