Hi MTS team,
This is a worst exeperience ever have in my life. I took MTS card around 9th June 2012. MTS promised to give 3.1 MBPS speed. Forget about speed atall. I am getting less than 20KBPS speed. Not only this,some times it goes to 0 KBPS. Since, last month, I am following up with the person who gave me card (Yasir- 843304366). He is not getting any bresponse from his technical team. If this is the case with MTS associates then how I will get the response.
Really MTS is unrelaible company. It will earn money by deceiving people for once. I see the future of MTS very bleak.
My complaint number is C12/47931234. My mobile Number - 9867249224 from Mumbai / Maharashtra.
If you are not shameless then resolve my issue asap.

Even customer care dont know about their service providers
when i contact care they given one number that is fake number which is gone to samsung service center.
Data card signals also worst some times working fine, some times giving lot of troubles to connect.
Waste service waste data card.

I had taken a MTS MBlaze connection (MDN - 8459961119) in Oct. 2011 and had numbers of issues (I cann't describe all here), like wrong bill, excess bill, deactivation without any proper reason and others. It has been more than one year and not reached to any solution. Had written multiple times to nodal officer but didn't receive any reply except once. Following are my complaint numbers:
