I had two previous experience of Reliance High Handness of Collection Agents after i have fully paid and Discontinued there services. The Policy is that after settlement most residential individual clients will throw away the final papers and afterwards they start calling saying last billed not paid. In similar Incidence in Year 2000 Reliance Agents had barged in my house and threatened to take away my color television.

Lets talk 2011 n 2012 Relaince experience.

A Time of over 10 Years since 2000 or really dont know how i forget what really reliance was, I had again taken Two Reliance Netconnect+ Dongles 7428994841 n 8595048440 in Mid 2011 for my Two Kids so that they can Experience Learning from the Internet. Few Months Later it was clear my kids were only interested in online Games and Music despite being only Aged 9yrs and 10 Years. I Disposed the Two Dongles as Kids Future was more important. I approached Reliance for Disconnection. The First Bomb Came that i cannot Disconnect within the "LOCK-IN" Period. As I had to pay the Bills so i again took Two New Dongles to use during the "LOCK-IN" Period. After that Period passed , i again approached Reliance, Second BOMB - I had to "NOT USE RELIANCE FOR 25 DAYS" then they will accept that discontinuation is required and accept discontinuance request and generate a Final Bill. Means 25 Days of Extra Money n IDLE USE for Discontinuing Services. Offcourse Every Reliance Official worth his salt here will Deny Such a Condition but as a proof someone can see my last 30 days usage prior to discontinuation date of these 7428994841 n 8595048440 and it will be clear i had to do exactly that - SO u all Better Believe me and DONT try to Experience on own. Anyways on passing of NO USE 25 DAYS I visited Reliance on 9 Dec 2011 and Paid 3380 for the Current Bill plus Unbilled Usage. The Next Bill was for approx half the Amount, I rushed to the Reliance Outlet saying my full Payment is not Showing on Bill. I was assured that Reliance "System" picked the Invoice Amount and Rest Amount will be Adjusted in the Last Final Bill. They Gave me a Printout which showed my account as "DEACTIVE" with a .72 Paise means NO DUES.

First Week of March I got a Call from 30974500 Demanding 1500+ as Not Paid.

Today 13 March i got call from 64737680 Demanding Payments. I got seriously progressively abusive as i know where this was heading. The calling Reliance Agents were repeatedly asked to Send a Written Dues Notice to my Address which they didnot care to listen, but 3 4 different Agents came on-line stating that they were Senior, then Junior Legal, then Senior Legal all were convinced that i was a rotten customer not wanting to pay and trying to Convince me "Mr Sinha Yes we know you had paid, and after your payment this amount is DUE". At a certain Point the phone conversation had to be discontinued as i was setting a bad language example to my Kids.

NOW WHAT THE HECK I DO, I knew my details will now be forwarded to a more cunning, abusive and criminal minded reliance collection agency and i fear they will visit my house in daytime when i might not be at home and harass my family.

I have three OPTIONS - A) Call Reliance Customer Care B) Create a Matter-Of-Fact record somewhere on the NET what illegal was happening C) Call the Police and Brief my Lawyer about the impending showdown.

STEP A) Call Reliance Customer Care

Same Day 13 March at 14:00 I called 30335555 the Reliance Customer Care Number and Inquired about the Account 8595048440, the lady told it was a discontinued account with 72 paise reflecting. I narrated the entire incidence and she said i had to visit a relaince showroom and there was nothing she could do. She could not check the number which had called me or take any complaint from me as there "System" has deleted my account and Complaint cannot be generated for these number, She said Sorry and hungup.

One Agency of Reliance is Calling for Payment - the Main Company is not even acknowledging this is happening.

Looks like i will have a Confrontation with the Reliance Collection Agents very soon, and will have to Involve the Police.

Received a Call from 7428122604 - Lady Possess as from Madhu Courier Service in Naraina, wanting to confirm my Address, Normally a Courier will reach Address and Not Call. She said i have a Courier from RCIL Private Limited but refused to give me Courier Service Office Address / AWB measn Airway Bill Nu,mber found on all Courier fact is she did not know what a AWB is. I hardly receive any calls so I ask her if she is calling from Reliance Collection Office, further that calling anyone with a false information is still wrong and i will be legally make a note of this call. She blatantly told me to believe what i wanted and hungup.

Anyone reading this forum can call Reliance Customer Care and Enquire if Reliance NetConnect Connections 7428994841 n 8595048440 have any Dues or Not. All the world can know but Reliance itself does not know and continues to call and harass. You guys have No idea how this Reliance recovery agents behave and i am sure to be confronting one soon. Problem is i am no longer on this Address and only my Sister resides there. I really dont want her to face any prob due to me. Will update u guys soon, Till then Bye..

Recd a call from 8285944308, Person enquired if i am so n so residing at address so n so, I confirmed the same. He asked whether i was at my residence on Wednesday Evening, I said i was not. He further said that I am Manish Aggarwal, Advocate [Definately False] and a court summon was send to my residence and it was not delivered. I said you should have pasted it on the Door as is the normal Procedure. Then i asked him to give me his Office Details and that i am coming to visit him. No need to say that at this point he got abusive and on my confronting him he disconnected the Line. I called back his abusive tone continued but it seems he was in a office full of other staff, a background voice asked him "phone kaat they too" so he said see u in court and hanged up again.
