    Thumbs down Airtel Broadband - Ruining my days

    Hi,

    I have applied for an Airtel Broadband Connection on 1st of March 2012. The executive came home, collected the proof and the money from me and left. He told me that I will get the connection within 3 days. After 3 days, I called him and asked him what is the status ? He gave me another guys no and asked me to contact him. I called him,he gave me another number and asked to contact him which i did. But that guy never picks up the call. I called the customer care and asked him what is the status. Without saying anything they registered a complaint and said that they ll track that(Which they are still doing !)

    Day before yday when i called the rep, he started shouting at me. I was calling him continuously and when he picked up he was like i am driving, why do u call me so many times ?, You are not waiting for 1 month, I will initiate the cancellation of your application and dropped off. I still dont have any clue what has really happened. They called me from the customer care and now they are saying another 3 days i need to wait to get the status(but not the connection !).

    Guys I took the rep number from the airtel site, airtelconnectionchennai.com, don't ever go for him. He never responds and also he never behaves well with customers. Treats them very badly. And Airtel they are not gonna care if i complaint to them about his behavior(who cares about that as long he achieves his target !).

    I can't explain my frustration level. This has created a lot of issues for me in my family as well as office. But this guys will never understand all they need is MONEY !!!

    DONT EVER GO FOR AIRTEL!!! U CAN SIT WITHOUT BB CONNECTION INSTEAD OF LETTING THIS PEOPLE RUIN YOUR DAYS !!!!

    P.S : I am still waiting. YET to get mt connection !!

    Default Airtel Executive collected money but no connection yet

    The airtel executive collected Rs.900 (649 + 250 installation charge) on 23rd May 2012 and promised that I will get the connection with in 3 days but no contact after that. The executive's number is 9632390908 and his name is Shiva Reddy. My Contact number is 938908168.

    Default Airtel Broadband NOT being installed after collecting money

    I filled an application for new Airtel broadband connection on 6th June 2012. I paid Rs. 500 as Application Fee.
    Contact Person Details : Zaakir (Mo.8130897165)

    I was promised that i will get a new connection within 3 days.

    Then on Friday i got a call from Zaakir saying that Although my documents have been submitted but they lost the papers and asked me to send the documents by email. I sent the email on Friday itself and was told that my connection will still be installed on Saturday , 9 June.


    When I called on Monday, Zaakir gave me another contact number :

    Person : Mukesh
    Mobile Number: 9810225702

    On Tuesday, at 5pm , Mukesh told me that person will come to my place within 1 hour and asked me to call him if person did not show up. I left office and reached home asap BUT NO ONE from Airtel came. When i tried calling Mukesh at 6:30pm he never recieved my call.

    On Wednesday i got message from Airtel (AD-AIRSVC) saying that my request is being processed with reference number : GH3083583. Message said that action will be taken within 48 hours. I got SAME message on Thursday and then i got the SAME message on FRIDAY as well!!!

    And Thursday I got a call from 01244000546 (Airtel) asking me to stay at home on Friday because person will visit me at 10 am and today also NO ONE came.

    I have wasted my 2 Office days and now Neither Zaakir nor Mukesh is receiving my calls.

    And its been 10 days of suffering already and don't know how long this will continue.

    My Office work is being severely effected because of not having an internet connection and NOT to talk about the number of times i have called up these guys and they have not picked my phone at all.
