Airtel connectivity problem I.am using airtel broadband connection from last two years. from then i.am asking solution from customer care, but nobody even from nodal officers team is cared d to take it seriously.i am forced to post here because of that.
from the day when i took the connection, atlease twice in a month the land line and broadband stops working. all these times i used to raise complaint asking a permanent solution, but again in two.or three weeks the same problem repeats....the guys used to tell that it is some cable problem and it is recified.
again it repeats. from jan end to feb, the problem has occured twice...yrsterday i have activated smartbytes pack...since the network went wrong, my billing is on 15th...i wont be able to use even a single byte from the pack activated...all the subscribers in our linr is facing same problem...i need a permanent solution for the same...since mostly i use to work from home, this issue ia affecting me badly.
