    147+ hours completed after filing the complaint. NO CALLBACK even after providing the number as asked for in this thread... I called up the customer care today and got the assurance that it would be rectified in another 12hours.. funny isnt it?!

    PROOF of FRAUDULANT activity: APPELLATE AUTHORITY SOUTH phone number given by Team: 022-65216898 -> This number was said to be published for members who have issues with the service and was applied on court order to rectify such long duration complaints.

    Give it a try if you dont trust me... They never pick up the call! .. Leading the path to consumer court with all the proof I have collected with the help of lawyer.. It is kinda funny to keep posting here without any update.. [Anyway will update the status to show how their system works; not going to stop this thing just like that.. let me spread the words of a customer. Afterall i do not want others to get cheated by Tata Indicom using same technique...

    195+ hours completed after filing the complaint... Not a single callback or rectification of complaint...

    Again called up customer care to get the same assurance.. "Your issue has been prioritized and escalated to higher officials and would be rectified soon"

    One good thing after filing the complaint is that no one from local node or technical team is picking up the call.. That means they are aware but still want to stand by a big company to fight against a customer.. great policy!

    216+ hours completed after filing the complaint.. Not a single callback or rectification of complaint...

    They say the server is down !!

    240+ Hours... completed without any feedback or rectification.. The only assurance till now was the customer care member telling the connection issue would be rectified soon..

    Finally i got connected to a higher official in Mumbai after sending an appellate notice.. (have called the same number all these days but they never used to pick up the call).. any way it seems kinda lucky.. The guy seems professional in dealing with customer .. He promised to get back to me in some time with proper feedback from technical team even though he could not provide me a token of complaint as he said he is one higher official i am speaking to and not a customer care side..

    Will update the further proceedings soon...
