The person who completed the installation process has given me number which reads "9223986248" but I have tried to contact Customer Care using this number in order to go for the plan I am interested in.
I need an urgent reply on this......Why???? I am pissed of after paying almot Rs. 4000.
Is this the way you guys work?????? There is no way I can not talk to any customer care person directly....... Why??? It sucks...like anything..
I hope I am clear in message.........I need an urgent help..... no custom messages ....please.....read my problem and then answer.
