    Good Evening!

    This complaint is with regards to an internet bill of INR 25,893 being generated for one single month even when our credit limit cearly stated on the bill is INR 3600.00 / month

    After multiple (5-6) complaints since dec'11 , everytime TATA Customer Care will conviniently close the complaint without a phone call or intimation saying that the contact numbers were not reachable.Really pathetic excuses when a mobile AND a landline number was provided which are both 24/7 availible.The customer care staff themselves agreed that the credit limit should not be exceeded and if it does,the connection should be shut down and the customer is informed of the situation before raising a bill for any amount.

    Is it sensible to say that someone with a credit limit of say INR 2000 can run up a bill for even 2 lacs?? Why is the credit limit put at all then??

    After 2 emails to : nodal.mum@tatadocomo.com which were again replied to by a insignificant automated response, I have decided to move this case to the consumer court.
    The original Bill along with the credit limit stated is clearly mentioned and I would like to take this forward to make my voice heard as calling customer care is doing nothing but wasting my time.

    Hope to receive some inputs before I file the complaint.

    Kindly do the needful at the earliest and get this matter sorted.If you look into detail, then another bill for the month of dec for 8000 has been generated again!!! So after making the 25k complaint, you have charged me 8k again! please look into this as well.

    I have a similar complaint against exceeding credit limit without intimation. And also I have been getting similar responses from tata docomo.
    We need to think upon our complaints seriously. Looks like Tata Docomo running out of any responses for my complaint.

    Dear Concerned,

    I bought a 3G data card vide no # 9810064914 completing all the formalities duly & submitting every bit of necessary documents required however i feel really cheated when it comes to technical help or support required for same..The same cited below:

    1) Whenever i call: For Help1800 103 0405 listed on the dialog box the confused CCA asks me to call 12134 where in after entering all the options the CCE picks my phone and the call drops...helpless ive tried contacting them couple of times but to no avail..Where the hell do i call for assistance every time my net connection encounters a problem???

    2) Im experiencing a speed problem to an extent initially the airtel doggle does not even get connected..in between even if it starts the connection gets abruptly disconnected...there is no problem in my desk top or its ports but it keeps throwing a message which is so technical that im stranded without internet at the MERCY of AIRTEL DATACARD to get stranded & functional on its own whims & fancy !!!

    3) Either there are signal or tower problems at the place where im residing or using my data card and the customer care executive are DUMB not to realize this or they do not want to divulge the truth ....

    4) Till date even they are confused in experienced and are not being able to distinguish between the green blue light appearing on the data card to even tell me if its a 2G plan they have activated by mistake where as im entitled to use a 3G plan as per the plan ive taken and payment made each month..

    Im so harassed disappointed and disillusioned at lack of customer service extended by a company (Airtel) of this stature...

    Please extend help in this matter...
