Airtel BroadBand Bill Dispute -Worst Customer Care Hi This is Sajan , I was using Airtel phone from last 4 years ..thinking about same service opted for Airtel Broadband.
I was residing in Audugodi Area previously ..had very bad experince with this services ..connection use to get disconnected every alternative day and i have to call service people to fix the problem.
this went on for few months ..then i planned to change my room ..I shifted to Kundlahalli gate area in month of august.and placed a request to move my connection to new area hoping that it will work fine in this area.
but my request was never taken ..they did't turn up to set up connection and then finally when i called them to disconnect and give me settled amount ..for the period i used the connection ...they told me sorry sir we will get it connected in 24Hrs ..
they do turn up in 24 Hrs but still some technical issue and set up was not done....again after few days I placed request to disconnect the service, but it is not done yet and these people are calling now and then and asking to pay 6k ..
I asked them several times ...give me amount for what i have used ...check your database and my usage ....
i will pay the amount which is pending from my side ... they will just cut the call saying that its legal Dept and not billing Dept
so its going on and on like that
please give me settled amount and leave us .... will not go for Airtel broadband in future ..
total they are asking for 6000 Rs.
and threatning us that if we dont pay they will file a case against us,
but in actually we should have filed a case against them.

IFB Washing Machine - poor customer service Hi,
This is Sunil and based out of Moti Nagar, Hyderabad.
I purchased IFB fully automatic washing machine 1yr back with 3 yrs warranty period. just after 1 yr it got damaged and I called customer care, they have given complaint number and promised that i will get a call from service centre within 48 hrs. But even after crosing 48hr nobody even bothered to respond.
when i called again the customer care, they simply given some service manager name and asked me to contact him. Why should i contact so many folks? When a complaint is given i expect IFB folks to respond on time and revert.
Without washing machine working is very difficult to manage at home..

I am getting lot of calls from yourside(around 6 members from Airtel), and forcing me to keep the connection. Its very bad attitude of your company.
And i have sent a mail for cancellation of broadband on 23rd of February (called lot of times to your helpdesk) and you have replied on 29th , it means almost 6 days.
I have asked a clear bill, but till now no one has sent the bill, but forcing me to keep connection.
Still you are dragging this issue of calling me., but no one is given solution for me..
Every member of Airtel calling me and saying that "what is the problem, Why you have to remove connection, Some times it may happen" the same words., I feel You people are not practiced to keep track of your customers. Its very worst thing...
This is the final words of me " Disconnect the connection immediatly, and send the Bill (Clearly) mentioning, what are all the deductions given to me and a the consolidated bill, I will pay the bill and close the issue here"
I have sent you the Pradeep (9844440607) number, Who gave us connection from Airtel side., But i think no one had spoken to him regarding the connection.
While typing this message also, :"Manjunath " named person called me from Airtel, He also said the same thing, but if i ask to remove connection means he is saying that you message will be sent to billing team, then you will get solution..
and already you have dragged this issue more than 15 days, ., Who is going to pay this 15 days bill..

Worse customer support Airtel broadband Hi,
I am Rajesh Kumar, taken airtel broad band with landline 080 40978401 few years back. I was happy with the broadband services by them and one day I supposed to cancell the connection due to additional burden to my monthly expences. Due to the same I was requesting for the cancellation on 6th Sep 2011. by the time I requested for the cancellation I have due amount of 644.15/- and I paid it on 7th Sep 2011. But this amount was not reflected in the next months bill and for ever, instead of deducting the amount from the bill. they started adding the amount to the bill. Now the out standing amount became 1100 without deduction of the previously paid amount 644.15/-. Parallely I was requesting airtel customer care to process my cancellation procedure by considering the payment and remaining from the security deposit. They keep on saying amount will be deducted from the next bill and there after procedure will starts. This is continued till now. Today all of suddon I got a call from +91 8860769634 stating "I am the section officer in the delhi court and we received a case on you since you missed the court hearing at bangalore session court on the case number (21825-2012) and it got escalatde to the delhi court. Case was filed by governament advocate Sabhna kaushik and her contact number is +91 9999881018, you can contact her for further details".
I have not received any notice from the court and just 2 days back only I got the call from airtel customer care for the money recovery. I replied stating first close the pending tickets to deduct the paid amount from the bill and the reference details are in several tickets opened with airtel customer care. and today in the call they said case was filed on 10 days back and it is in delhi court because of no attendance at bangalore court."
These all are lies and they forced me to pay the amount 1100/- to airtel for fake causes.
They started thretening the people with the fake cases in court with no standards and simply to make the money.
I want the justice of the payment made and they have to say sorry for the wrong they made. This is a big torcher and I am not able to continue with my work because of this unnecessary disturbances for my no mistake.

Airel Harrasment I got a call from Amar KApur Delhi from phone :886 076 9634 (Vodafone Delhi cell phone ) ,says his License Number D/142/2008
Has registered a case in Delhi high court in front of Justice J P Naair under section 37B Recovery Shoot Out Matter
total our stand Rs2960
I called my Lawyer , he checked with Bar Council : There number is valid but belongs to a different Advocate .
Which make me believe that this is a recovery agent . Every thing else is a story
I called him back and this time i recorded his call, asking him to clearly state everything that was mentioned to me on incoming call including this client details Bharati Airtel Lmt . When crossed question he hung up .
Say I needs to pay Rs2960 by 5:30 PM or come to Delhi for court case .
The info he has given me regrading Airtel Consumer number and address is correct . How can a Corporate Company Like Bharati Airtel give away customer information and have some fraud calls like this .
I have logged number of complaints (incident 63285616 /9586514 ) to Airtel customer care .The kept me calling for more offered which i asked them to give in email (never send tho) .
Finally they agreed to cancel the account and gave me a incident number 10406118 for cancellation and will be sending a final bill . I have not received till today .
I am made number of calls to Airtel asking them for bill (even spoke with 2 managers ) they transfer to retention team and they promise me a bill with 12-15 business days.
Then I get a call from a Recovery agent who claims to be Amar Kapur .
If Airtel does not want to make any more fool of them self or make public relation disaster (because I have recorder most of the calls ). STOP MAKING THIS KIND OF CALLS .
Send me a final bill . I will pay my final Bill .
In case Mr Amar KApur is reading this post , I understand you are professional working for some recovery company .
Impersonating a some one specially a some one who is practicing Law is a serious crime .

I got a call from a girl in Delhi from phone :9899037642 (Vodafone Delhi [COLOR=#009900 !important]cell phone[/COLOR] )
She called and said that i need to pay my dues of 800 rupees .
But i already had cleared all dues before disconnecting my airtel broadband.
when i asked for a written mail or proof , she said she can not e-mail or send sms.
Obviously its a recovery agent scam but it is so shameful for airtel to do all such things
